Wishing for Monday

Where the idea of Friday make almost everyone happy, I am not. I am like this closed cafe...a lonesome fixture in an otherwise busy street. 

How will this place feel during the night? Unlike us...it cannot hide its sadness.

My little girl is growing up so fast. Wearing that dress makes her serious though, I can't find any picture of her smiling.

Slowly Healing

Today is December 1, and it will only be 30 more days until New Year. This year was very good to me. Like a tonic, all the wounds of 2010 have been slowly healing and hopefully the scars will be gone by the year 2012.

I am not losing hope.

Black Pasta

Had tasted this pasta two weeks ago at Cafe Via Mare,a Filipino Restaurant, still can't forget the taste and been searching for the recipe. Squid ink and a hint of chili, it is a perfect pasta dish for me. Simply delicioso!
